Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. Authorized agents must provide proof of authorization (such as a signed written permission or power of attorney) and we may still require you to verify your identity directly.
Appeal Process
If we deny your request, you have the right to appeal. Submit your appeal by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal.” We will respond within 60 days. If you are not satisfied with our response to your appeal, you may contact your state’s attorney general.
